Final exams are coming up next week and I can use a little leprechaun luck!
Happy St. Patrick's Day! About the artwork: Big thanks to all who replied to my last journal entry--your input contributed to the St Patrick's theme for March! This was quite different my usual animal illustrations but I enjoyed making it because it was much easier to stare at myself in mirror for reference than googling for animal pictures. To be honest, I was hoping to get more votes for Easter so I can stay in my comfort zone drawing bunnies and chickens--but this was so much more fun. GO GREEN! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Perhaps through perseverance I'll become a better visual artist, however I've long accepted the fact that I'm a writer and my medium is a piece of paper and a pencil.
