Final exams are coming up next week and I can use a little leprechaun luck!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
About the artwork: Big thanks to all who replied to my last journal entry--your input contributed to the St Patrick's theme for March! This was quite different my usual animal illustrations but I enjoyed making it because it was much easier to stare at myself in mirror for reference than googling for animal pictures. To be honest, I was hoping to get more votes for Easter so I can stay in my comfort zone drawing bunnies and chickens--but this was so much more fun.
I love it! It really embodies St. Patrick's day for me. Because whenever I think of that day all I see are leprechauns and four leaf clovers.
Keep up the good work. ^_^

It's not burnt...That's flavor!
Perhaps through perseverance I'll become a better visual artist, however I've long accepted the fact that I'm a writer and my medium is a piece of paper and a pencil.
Devious Comments
I really like how it looks right out of a children's book.
and the perspective makes it seem so alive; like you can see them moving/floating in the wind.
and Happy St> patrick's day in advance

Great picture! And a very Happy St. Patrick's Day to you! Stay safe (all my drunken cousins may be on the roads.)
